Anyone up for a challenge! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast, our workouts are designed to test strength, strategy, and adaptability.
Do I need a team to compete?
Yes, teams of 6 will need to work together to complete challenges. However, if you want to compete and don’t have a team, please email us or visit our Instagram/Facebook pages and we will find you a team!
What kind of workouts can I expect?
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout gear, plenty of water, and a competitive mindset. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment for the challenges.

How long does the event last?
The event will run for several hours, with multiple challenge rounds and breaks in between. More details will be provided closer to the date.
Is there parking?
Yes! There are nearby car parks as well as paid street parking options. However, we encourage participants to travel sustainably – consider carpooling, cycling, or using public transport where possible. Let’s keep fitness and the environment in mind!
